Congratulations to our 2021 Volunteer of the Year
The past couple of years have been challenging for many people in and around our Kids for Kids community. Even though things have been tough, many of our volunteers have taken initiative and stepped up to the plate to help out. At the Kids for Kids Foundation, we appreciate the impact of positivity in hard times as well as the importance of recognizing those who have gone above and beyond in their support. Last year, we established a new tradition of presenting end-of-year honors to committee members and volunteers who have stood out and made a difference in our community. As part of this, we presented our second annual Volunteer of the Year Award to a volunteer with impressive dedication to our mission!
The Kids for Kids Volunteer of the Year Award
Each year, the Kids for Kids Volunteer of the Year award is presented to a volunteer who has gone above in beyond in support of our mission, events, and community. Events like our annual fundraising events are a great opportunity to get involved, network with other like-minded individuals, and help support children and families struggling with medical challenges. Last year, we presented the 2020 Volunteer of the Year Award to one of our dedicated volunteers and committee members, Migena Agaraj.

Meet our 2021 Volunteer of the Year
Todd Marcus
The Volunteer of the Year award can be awarded to any volunteer in the Kids for Kids community who has shown year-long dedication and support for our mission. This year, we presented our 2021 Volunteer of the Year award to one of our committee members who has been a devoted member of our Kids for Kids family for many years. Congratulations to our 2021 Volunteer of the Year Award recipient Todd Marcus!
Ever since he joined the Kids for Kids Steering Committee in September of 2012, almost ten years ago, Todd has taken his commitment to our community and mission to the next level. Throughout the year, he donates an extraordinary amount of time to ensuring everything that Kids for Kids does is successful. Not only does Todd volunteer with all our Event Committees, but he also volunteers his time at many of our events and is always first to lend a hand!
At Kids for Kids, it is crucial that we find ways to advertise our mission and fundraising efforts to new people, and Todd has been a key player in raising awareness. As Board Chair and Director of Sales and Marketing, he has graciously contributed his expertise to the Kids for Kids Foundation. Todd is always the first on all of our fundraising calls and first to provide feedback on ideas to ensure their success!
As Kids for Kids looks to the future, dedicated members like Todd Marcus are essential in furthering our mission to help children and families. It has been an honor to work alongside Todd for the past ten years and throughout 2021, and we know that his dedication to raising awareness for the Kids for Kids mission has been inspiring to all!
